All in how you look at it

Troy thought I went crazy last Summer when I dragged a broken mirror home. I wasn't the one who broke it so I knew bad luck wouldn't be my problem. The mirror had a beautiful frame that still had a lot of livin' left in it and the possibilities were endless of what I could do with it. I decided on leaving the beauty of the wood showing instead of hiding it beneath a layer of paint. We did end up painting the interior with chalk board paint.

I am happy with how it turned out and we have hung it on the wall where we head out the door everyday. What a great place to leave a thought of inspiration as my boys start their day ;-)
