A Winters Harvest

Making Plans for Spring, a greenhouse and planting our garden...
A few trees needed to be harvested to let a little more sunshine in.

Winter can be a little gloomy on the grey days...
The sun could never rise high enough in the sky to break over the tree line.

Talk about cabin fever!

I am happy to say that letting the sunshine in has been uplifting and energizing!!! I am sooooooo looking forward to gardening 2011...

Stay tuned for more roots, shoots, buckets and boots!
;-)

I have been craving the smell of dirt. My grandmother used to sterilze her soil for seeding in her oven for her little commercial greenhouse, so this time of year my sisters and I all have the need to smell "cooked dirt". Lol... This has been a long winter. Thanks for your posts, they always make me smile. :)
