Cast Iron cooking
I have collected a couple of pieces of cast iron cookware over the years.
One of my favorite pieces has to be the cast iron griddle I found last summer at a garage sale.
We have used it to bake in the oven for Homemade Pizza and Biscuits...
and as it's intended use as a griddle on the burners to make Sunday Morning French Toast.
I may just use it as a cookie sheet too ;-)

My you have quite the collection. I keep seeing a Cast Iron Cooking section in Mary Jane's Farm magazine. Hmmm, I may have to try one out. I have a sign in my kitchen that says "I kiss better than I cook"... ah maybe the cast iron way is the way to go and hopefully it will improve my cooking??? Well, that is on my to do list. lol.
