Lemon Balm tea

 The Lemon balm we planted a couple of years ago, is trying to take over the herb garden.... Imagine that!

 This grey and rainy morning seemed  ideal to harvest a good handful and make a fresh, hot cup of tea. It is said, that Lemon Balm is calming, relaxing and soothing.

Just what the doctor ordered, before I head out to work today!

Levi & I enjoyed  a cup of tea together....

Makes herbal tea that much more special, knowing it's freshly harvested from our own garden.
